We want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon approval.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Safely place your unworn items back into their original Melinda Maria pouches and boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once received.
